Pork and garlic fried rice with a textured scrambled egg and some sriracha over the top. Almost omu rice, but I don’t like ketchup and I’d rather texture my egg scramble a bit than make it flat to wrap around the rice the way they do in Japanese cafes.

You can do demiglace instead of the ketchup as well; the ketchup version is usually the cheaper/easier one. I’d definitely eat what you made there.
