I would take a week of manual labour over a week of just meetings. Zoom fatigue is real. After a long day of meetings I’m exhausted but not in a good day. After a day of manual labour I feel exhausted but feel great and sleep well.

I wonder if the viewfinder shows a slightly lower resolution/quality and the picture is taken in higher quality, showing a bit more detail. Not sure how it works.
Along with the other reasons given, seeing something in motion vs a static image.
Canadian here, same here but I’ve ever only heard the first one as “knicky knicky nine door”. But yeah that was the most common name here.
This looks exactly like a surrealmemes post

2·1 month agoI’ve got that basically but also included every American state and major city. Filtering helps, but there’s still so many posts where the top comment is US politics even when the post is completely unrelated.
Ah yes I forgot about the global election that’s happening in 2024
Takes a lot to block all the idiots on Lemmy. After a few months it starts to become a usable platform.

My friend bought one of those, paired with I think 64gb of EMMC storage which is basically an SD card. It couldn’t browse the internet really with Edge in it’s default settings. I had to disable so much crap but I got it usable with Firefox.
