I recently found what looked like a good resource on semiconductors and it even had a sick feature where you could download parts (or all of it) in a pdf and it was really nicely typeset! I tried finding out if the name of the website was someone you could trust (like a professor) or if others had mentioned using the website but I didn’t find anything. I then got the awful suspicion that it’s all just fucking AI generated…
