That’s why they excuse Stalin beating his child and killing queers but hate Hitler. They don’t like it when they get called out for the same crimes.
Hitler occupied Europe? Evil, rightfully so. Stalin occupied Europe? “Uh he was doing it out good nature! Ignore the non-Nazis they killed!!”
