American Truck Simulator!
It’s exactly what it sounds like. You drive a truck. You make deliveries. Beautiful scenery, relaxing drives, plus some challenge when it comes time to back up to the loading dock. It’s really chill and it’s awesome.
(There’s also Euro Truck Simulator 2 which is literally the exact same game but in Europe, if that’s more your thing.)

General PSA that you can have nice bespoke websites written by paw that are fine on mobile! CSS has a lot of neat stuff these days, and also making things mobile-friendly doesn’t have to involve Awful Corporate Design Trends.

Hell, you can even run PS2 games FROM DISC with pcsx2! Pop 'em into your desktop, hit play.
HDMI to composite adapter should have you covered (for the most part) connectionwise.
Actually, you’d be surprised! I thought all disc games still shipped with the game? You would be missing any patches, though.
We’ve bought a couple PS5-era PS4 games and they came on two discs.
