And always with skepticism!
A couple other cool things I’ve seen experts do:
The first: finding bugs which, considering the scarcity of humans capable of bugfinding doesn’t seem so bad in our weeks with finite hours.
Next, really tedious work that experts do know how to do, but simply wouldn’t prioritize because they have lives. A big one seems to be reverse engineering, like to give new life to ancient hardware. “I connected <ewastey thing> over USB at <IP>, give me control.”

Local, avoids consolidation of power & privacy leaks
Use in limited cases, avoids skill atrophy
Nice

Welcome ‘ere Bucky!

I’m wondering about precedent. With my “if”, think “how would courts rule if in a future case …” or “how would we feel …”
(commented a little more in this thread as well)

Which is why this case might feel fair to plenty of people. If you’re allowed to sign over an estate, though, and you sign it over to someone with a profit motive, maybe you’re allowed to essentially sell evidence the public is normally entitled to.

If the killer’s parents were approached by Fox/TMZ who wanted to turn just a few pages into some whacko documentary, would it be right to withhold the rest of the lunatic ramblings?
IDK how to feel about this, just know it’s weird
Thanks, where’s that bonus panel from?
Probably just young
Maybe used Chrome for years before ever hearing about Firefox
