I had a local company start ignoring my calls and emails after I send a request to cancel. I charged them back for one charge and then they charged me again. Here using someone’s credit card without authorization is wire fraud. Then they charged me a third time. Now they have 2 wire fraud charges and credit cards companies won’t take payment from them. They will most likely beat the criminal charges because corperations can basically steal from you without consequences but I had to do like 10 calls to the charge dispute department and by call 6 the agent I was dealing with was so pissed they told me they are going to blacklist them because it was a mystery how they were able to charge me repeatedly and they just needed to make it stop.

If they have a Workspace account for the entire business, they could be big enough to be in the “Google actually cares because they bring in $$$” category and will drop the charge.

A $120K marketing budget for a single beat of a campaign would match a company with credit cards with limits that large. Usually you don’t use a credit card for marketing spending though and your Google bill is paid by a bank account.
