Submodules are not the preferred way to incorporate third-party code for any environment I know. And while web-exposed URLs for management tools like Jira or AzureDevOps will need to adapt before the new default can be used, doing so even with a wholesale re-hashing of every commit isn’t technically difficult.
Well, like it or not, they are used. And not so rarely. Now, rehashing will probably work, but it will require every project to do that. If you use more than one submodule which is not under your control, you have again mixed hashes that you can’t fix easily.

Where do you see that submodules won’t cause headaches?

The root problem is that there is no backward compatibility - you can’t mix the two. Why is that is beyond me.

Also combat hyperloop incoming!

All praise the Orange’s cybersecurity cuts plus incompetent and corrupt leadership, wcgw, eh…

Super Intelligence at work…

If I’m not mistaken, these early movies of him were also sponsored by a national public movie agency or something like that.

Are you sure they can’t decrypt? They have your certificate after all. Besides, if the Orange has a bad day, he can ban certificates export or just for a single company or individual.
Edit: First two sentences were stupid, I apologize.

Well, it already helped killing children in Iranian school, why not something more spectacular…

We should build an app for that - changing geographical names.

Happened to me as well and I reacted in exact same way (pulling hair, changing password).

Because it supports it in hardware. But I agree, that should be optional which would make Graphene available on many other devices.

Um, yes, always when I’m seriously bicycling.

Bicycling, of course.
I don’t. If this scenario is supported, I don’t see any real problem anymore.
