For my experience a decent portion of construction workers are on drugs, on and off site, so it doesn’t surprise me.

• There seems to be a misconception and what I said. Not suggesting they aren’t hurrying and doing a shoddy job. My point is is you can’t work solid 18 hours day after day. It’s not possible without a recovery. But to avoid that they take drugs.

So you have a whole bunch of sloppy jobs that aren’t done properly, by people who need r&r, not meth, cocain or opioids.
